I've spent twenty years in brand strategy. I founded, grew and transitioned my own agency to employee ownership, working along the way with leading B2C brands and with complex B2B organisations.

I have a degree in psychology and I'm a Prosci Accredited Change Practitioner, which means I understand both the human and the structural side of what it takes to make change stick.

I've also sat in the leadership chair. I founded my own agency in 2013 and transitioned it to an EOT in 2025. I know what it feels like to navigate uncertainty, bring a team with you, and evolve again and again.
